This CME program is derived from content presented at the Advanced Curriculum for Multiple Sclerosis 2025 CME/CE Course. The expert faculty, Dr. Joseph Berger and Dr. Benjamin Greenberg, will first evaluate practice settings and expectations, which may be outlined in their respective contracts, as well as review the different types of payment models. Following, they will discuss how to negotiate an employment contract with a prospective employer. Lastly, the faculty will review RVUs and the MGMA data set to gain proficiency in aligning compensation in a job offer to an individual Fellow’s preferences.
