PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This CME program focuses on content presented during 2016 ECTRIMS Annual Meeting. This activity educates healthcare providers involved in the management of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with the goal of presenting the most comprehensive analysis for clinical decision-making. This includes the role of the comprehensive healthcare team in the initiation of therapy, as well as effectively communicating therapeutic decisions to the patient. Faculty members assess Moore’s level 4 outcomes as well as patient-specific treatment plans to improve outcomes for patients with multiple sclerosis.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals who care for patients with MS.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Review novel science presented at ECTRIMS 2016.
  2. Examine clinical trial data of disease modifying therapies presented at ECTRIMS 2016.
  3. Develop strategies for applying up-to-date data to the management of patients with multiple sclerosis.
